At parent/teacher conferences recently, I was going through some papers with Kira that were in her conference folder and there was a very sweet note from her in there. With her permission, I am posting it on the blog...mostly so that I will always have it.
"Dear Mom,
Thank you for helping me with my Algebra when it was really confusing and hard. Thank you for caring enough about my grades to make me work hard. Thank you for getting me into advanced orchestra so that I can learn new songs.
Thank you for getting me up in the morning and driving me to school. Thank you for making sure I do my homework. Thank you for helping me be as good of a student as I can be. Thanks for being the best mom ever.
