As I mentioned a couple of posts ago, on Sept. 16 Maya turned one. Here she is with Chester, her bear that I take her picture with periodically. Maya is a busy little kid...into everything and loves to climb. As you can see, she has a cute little grin : ) If only she had hair!
On the Saturday before Halloween we went to a Halloween party at the Gallivan Center downtown. It was the Monster Block Party. It had trick or treating, games, a petting zoo, and firefighters dropping pumpkins off of their cherrypicker about seven stories high...
This little guy was at the party...we don't know him but they were cute together so we took a picture.
It was a fun party, but COLD outside...we only stayed for an hour or so. That was plenty long considering Miss Maya was constantly trying to wander off. Starting to understand why some people put leashes on their toddlers!!!
