So I found a recipe on 5dollardinners.com for broccoli tuna casserole. Now I know some people don't like tuna casseroles, but I do...sort of a comfort food. Anyway...I didn't have all of the ingredients in my pantry for it so I modified the recipe a bit. It was pretty good (for a tuna casserole).
1 pound of shell pasta, cooked and drained.
In another skillet:
1 lg. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bag of frozen cut broccoli
1/2 a soup can of milk
1 can of tuna
salt and pepper (to taste)
Mix the above w/ the shell pasta and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese all over the top of it and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
What seasoning could I throw in next time to make it more interesting?

I would not normally eat Tuna casserole. However, it does sound good using the pasta.
I will try it this week!
