Something to Blog About

Feels like I have been a relatively mute blogger lately...not much interesting going on and not much to take pictures of. Yesterday Kira and I took the van to the coin-operated car wash. There were so many dead bugs on the van from all of the highway miles it gets that it took about 10 bucks worth of quarters to clean it, but it was fun! I thought about taking the camera for that, but I was afraid it would get wet. How sad is that that my life is so uninteresting that I want to take pictures of a car wash?

Tomorrow I am driving down to Cedar City to get the kids and bring them back up here. We will have them here until Friday night and are excited to see them...feels like it has been a while, but I guess it has been just less than a month. Hopefully that will give me some things to take pictures of.

I am getting very excited to go home to see my Mom, sister, stepdad, and Aunt. I haven't seen them for a year. The girls and I are going at the end of June. Then after that the girls will fly from Chicago to their dad's in Maryland. Feels like the months just keep flying by and I am so busy I barely feel like I have lived in them!!!

By the way, can I just say dieting sucks? I am sick of healthy food and I want to go back to frequent ice cream! Today I rebelled and had a big bowl of Captain Crunch for lunch!
