Today is a Great Day!

Today is a great day! Here are some reasons:

1. My sweet little Kira comes home today. She has been gone almost a month and I have really missed her. (Katelyn won't be home for a couple weeks yet...Kira had to come home early cuz she is in year round school and it starts on Monday...yay for me!)

2. I finally got old junk (stuff from before 2007) cleaned out of my file cabinet and got all of the stuff that I had organized into stacks on Kira's floor all filed away. Hooray!

3. I am enjoying watching all of the old Harry Potter DVD's. I have not gone to the new Harry Potter movie yet...I want to watch all of the old ones first so I can remember what happened!

4. Had a really nice date with my sweetie last night. Dave's friend, Todd, gave us a couple of tickets to the Kenney Chesney concert that was held last night at the new Real Salt Lake (soccer team) stadium. I didn't know a single one of his songs, but the music was great and we had such a good time. There were several acts that performed including Miranda Lambert and Kenney Chesney...didn't catch the other band's name...but it was awesome. I was particularly tickled that during the encore at the end Kenney did several old covers, including Blister In the Sun by the Violent Femmes-a band I used to looooooooooove in high school (still have it on vinyl!). I was singing along at the top of my lungs. Noone around me knew the words. I am so awesome!!!
