My Family Visiting...Can You Believe It?

My mom, stepdad, & sister got here a couple of nights ago...they came out (drove like 20 hours) from Iowa. It's been so nice to have them here. The last time they were here was when Dave and I got married almost 6 years ago...so it's about time!!! Yesterday we introduced them to In 'N Out Burger (mostly cuz I still owed Kira two more shakes...one for each immunization she got last week)and then last night we all (except Dave---who is still having back issues) went to the Dollar Theater to see "Percy Jackson the Lightning Thief". We had already seen it a couple of times, but my family hadn't, so we went anyway. It was fun. Today I am getting some help from my fam with getting the lawn cut and also with moving a dresser and entertainment center downstairs so that we can get more of Kira's stuff out of the room that will now be the baby's. It's been really hard to get any of this prep work done because Dave hasn't been able to help me at all. (It's a good thing that the baby is a girl, cuz the room is pink and neither he nor I are up to painting it!)

Dave goes back to the neurosurgeon tomorrow. I hope they will start him on Physical Therapy...he still isn't moving very well and can't do much of anything. He is tired of hurting and tired of being stuck in the house. It would be really nice to get him moving again and back to work!!!
