Mi Estrella Favorita

In late June one of my best friends, Becky, came to visit me with her husband, Mark, and her three boys. Becky and I met in Spanish class my first year of college. I was sitting behind her on the first day of school and muttered something under my breath about someone thinking they knew it all in class...Becky laughed and we have been great friends ever since. I have loved and appreciated her for how she has really been with me through it all. We nick-named each other "mi estrella favorita" (which means my favorite star). I have no idea why we did that, but we still call each other that. Love you, Bec!
