Easter Weekend

Easter weekend we colored Easter eggs.  It was Maya's first time doing it, so to minimize the mess we let her color on the eggs and then the older girls dunked them in the dye.

Maya liked to slam the colored eggs against the tables, so we had to find other things to keep her hands busy...

We had lunch at Grandma and Granddad Needles' house the Saturday of Easter weekend...unfortunately I didn't remember to take many pictures, but here is Katelyn and her cousin, Josh.

Easter morning our baskets were waiting for us on the table.  Thank you, Easter Bunny!

                                         

Easter Sunday we had an Easter egg hunt at home.  

Maya loved hunting for the eggs in the backyard (with Kira's help)...

                                     

Katelyn raced to get as many eggs as she could...

All in all it was a nice Easter weekend. : )
